If you want to create lasting muscle memory, the key is repetition. Technicords help you implement kinesthetic imagery, along with actual movement, to learn correct technique. When your body is able to actually feel correct movements on a repeated basis, muscle memory is created. And muscle memory leads to more explosiveness and power on the ice.

Using Technicords on a regular basis, 2 to 4 times a week, helps create good habits on the ice, and even helps change bad habits. Technicords are also good to use as a warm-up before training sessions and competitions. They will reinforce the good technique needed for more efficient, powerful skating.
