Every question — a blade, a fit, a bridge size, a sharpening setup, an order, a dealer enquiry — is answered by email:
We are a small team in Heemskerk. The people who would pick up the phone are the same people who machine, assemble, sharpen and ship your order. A phone call stops that work; an email does not. Email also gives you a written answer you can keep, with the order number, the size and the settings we agreed on, instead of a conversation nobody can look up later.
What to put in your email
- Your order number, if you have one.
- The product and the size or blade length, if the question is about a fit.
- Boot brand and size, and the mounting pattern, if the question is about mounting or bridges.
- Photos, if something looks wrong. A picture of the blade or the boot sole saves days of back-and-forth.
When you will hear back
We answer during workshop hours, Monday to Friday, in the order the emails come in. Most questions get an answer the same or the next working day; a technical question that needs a look at the bench can take a little longer.

Our warehouse and showroom are at a separate unit on the same street and open by appointment only. We do not hand over web orders at the door — email first and we will confirm a time for you to visit us.
