Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our factory in Heemskerk, the Netherlands. We ship worldwide with FedEx.

Rates

Shipping is charged as one flat rate per order, depending on the destination zone (Netherlands, Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, rest of world). The exact rate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders with a value of €300 or more ship free of shipping charges to every zone we serve.

Processing time

Stocked items normally leave our factory within a few working days. Made-to-order items and custom work take longer; the product page states the lead time where it applies. You receive a tracking number by email when your parcel ships.

Taxes, import VAT and customs duty

• Netherlands and the European Union: prices include VAT.
• Outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom): prices exclude VAT. We ship DAP (Delivered at Place): import VAT, customs duty and any carrier clearance fee are set by your country and are collected from you by the carrier before or at delivery. They are not included in the price you pay us and are your responsibility as the recipient. Refusing a shipment because of import charges does not entitle you to a refund of the outbound shipping cost.
• United Kingdom: we ask for a minimum order value of €160 for UK deliveries.

Netherlands: dealer-only products

Long track blades, long track boots, long track jigs and replacement parts are sold in the Netherlands exclusively through our authorized dealers. Everything else is available direct from this store. Outside the Netherlands the full range is available direct. Find a dealer on the dealer locator.

Collection

We do not offer collection of web orders at the factory or showroom. Shipping only.

Damaged or missing parcels

Check your parcel on arrival. Report damage or missing items to info@ehs-staybent.com within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we will sort it out with the carrier.
